12-Month Contract Terms

Contract Duration

All rental plans run on a 12-month contract. A once-off setup fee covers design and setup — separate from your monthly rental.

Buy-Out Option

You can activate the buy-out option at any point during your 12-month contract. All rental payments made are credited toward the buy-out price.

Contract Renewal

If your 12-month contract lapses without a buy-out, a new 12-month contract is issued. If no new contract is signed, the platform is temporarily suspended until renewal.

Ownership Handover

On buy-out or contract completion with full payment, you receive domain, source code, MySQL database, cloud account, and all documentation within 5 working days.

If your contract lapses without a buy-out being exercised, Webvyn will issue a new 12-month rental contract. If you choose not to renew, your platform will be temporarily suspended — not deleted — until a new contract is signed. You will never lose your data.
You can activate the buy-out option at any point during your 12-month contract — even on month one. All rental payments made to date are credited toward the buy-out price. The buy-out price is calculated as: Once-Off Price minus All Rental Payments Made.
The once-off setup fee covers the design, development setup, domain configuration, cloud environment provisioning, and SSL installation. It is charged once at the start of your contract and does not recur. It is separate from your monthly rental and is not credited toward the buy-out price.
No. Maintenance and support plans (Care, Protect, Shield) have no contract lock-in. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. There is also no setup fee for maintenance plans.
If a monthly payment is missed, you will receive a reminder. After 7 days of non-payment your platform will be suspended. After 30 days your contract will be reviewed. Your data is retained for 90 days after suspension. Webvyn will always work with you to find a solution before any data removal.
